Changing specific settings on PayPal
« on: October 13, 2010, 03:51:41 AM »
I'm using PayPal only for payments.  Is there a specific place to change some of the settings?

I.E.

I need to remove PayPal from automatically adding tax to my RexMax Ad Packages.

I'd also like to have an "amount" added where clients can order as many as they want.  Right now, if the client orders a Ad Package, PayPal only allows to order one at a time.

I would also like to set up where clients can pre-order Adclicks.  Like a package of 100 adclicks.  Is that possible?

Thanks in advance.
Allen

If your paypal account is automatically adding tax to your advertising package, you can change that logging into PayPal>My Account>Profile>More Option>Selling Preferences>Sales Tax .

I'm still looking for the option of purchasing multiple advertising packages via (1) PayPal transaction.

There is no shopping cart or multiple package purchase option in RevMax. However after a client purchases a ad package and their account has been established they (and your existing openx users) can purchase new campaigns, or add adviews or ad clicks to existing campaigns.

Some people like to give a package option of each views and clicks and set in RevMax > ad packages > settings > make available for reorder.

Make package public places it on signup page and client area, reorder makes package available in clients area only. Both unchecked and the package is hidden and available using custom urls like openx/clients/advertisers.php?packageid=X where X = the package you want shown on the signup screen by default.
